We ship worldwide.

Do I have to pay postage for delivery?

No, for all orders shipped we offer delivery. No additional fees or taxes - we want your experience to be simple and efficient, just the way we like it.

Do you deliver to your home?

Yes, we only deliver to the customer's doorstep. We deliver our products directly to the address provided by the customer when purchasing on the site. We do not deliver to pick-up points.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Processing times

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends) within 24 to 48 h. If the order was placed after 12:00 p.m. the order will be shipped between 48 and 72 h.

Standard delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the speed of the carrier. The deadlines specified below are counted in working days, i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays.

France: 6 - 12 days

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped, you should receive an email notification providing you with a tracking number (If you ordered multiple items, depending on your destination country you may receive them separately and get multiple tracking numbers).

If you haven't received one or the tracking number isn't working, don't worry. Please wait at least 3 days if it still does not work, contact us at info@pakun.fr.

Unexpected delays

In some exceptional cases, delivery may take longer than the times indicated above. Most of these delays are due to international customs processing that we cannot control. The current pandemic period may also be a reason for some delay. Please contact us at info@pakun.fr if your package is older than 15 days delay and we will do what is necessary to resolve the situation.
